The Vice-Rectory for Research and Doctoral Programs is responsible for proposing the university’s strategic research guidelines, evaluating policies, and recommending the creation of academic postgraduate programs, all in accordance with high standards of quality. It also supports academic units in the development and implementation of these activities.
We believe that academic research and the generation of knowledge are inseparable from undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, as well as engagement with society. Together, these areas contribute to fostering a reflective environment and the development of a critical mass, while gradually integrating an interdisciplinary perspective into their growth.
